这回算是正儿八经搬家到潮州了，其实此前已经生活了约两个月，颇有些生活琐语，先从潮州的水果说起。

我对水果不算感冒，农村长大，一般不买什么水果，也就是应时的桃子、梨子、杮子、枣、西瓜之类，不需要花钱的。所以没有每天必吃水果的习惯。但对我老婆而言，每天的水果是不可缺少的，托她的福，跟她恋爱之后，我也吃了不少水果

到潮州后，发现这边一些本土的水果很不错，于是大快果颐。

潮州接近北回归线，没有什么冬天不冬天的，圣诞节时，我就穿一衬衫。所以水果长势很好。

三月左右，我们吃得最多的是杨桃，一斤2－2.5元。在南京时吃过一两回，每斤5元左右，口感很一般，但潮州本地产的杨桃，水分足，味道蛮甜，于是天天买。

再有就是芒果。我最爱的是象牙芒，一般3元一斤，口感非常棒，其中筋少，很细腻。我老婆喜欢普通的芒果，超级甜，2－3元一斤，每天吃若干，直到有天看到说芒果吃多了，皮肤容易发黄，才收敛了一些。小腰芒果，我嫌太小，吃起来麻烦，哪有大芒果一口可以吞那么多啊（我是不是很贪婪？ ）

同时的还有番石榴，感觉一般，吃得较少。

香蕉倒是遍地是，在火车上，就看到一片一片的香蕉林。不过我对那玩艺儿没兴趣，买得也少。尤其是那种长得像指头的，老觉得很可笑。

夏天到了，水果也大量上市，我最喜欢的，当然是荔枝，很新鲜、个头大的，才4－5元一斤，那个好吃啊。不过我后来发现3元一斤的，除了外观要深色一些，口感也差不多少（是不是我舌头退化，品不出？），于是了常买。还买过2元一斤的，居然也一个不坏，味道不错。我老婆不敢多吃，怕上火。我从来没有上火一说，所以一晚上可以吃两斤。日啖荔枝三百颗，不辞长作岭南人。我很赞同。北方当然也有荔枝，不知道价格是不是要贵点。有心寄点给白山黑水间的汉版，又怕被他笑是献曝。

杨梅：4－5元每斤，个头不小。我一直以为只有常熟和浙江有，谁知潮州的更好更便宜，嘿嘿。

还有李子、桃子之类的，也多是2－3元每斤。前天买了两斤李子，没吃完，放在地上，今天去看时，发现有几个已经烂了一半，红红的汁液，很有葡萄酒的味道，准备查查资料，做点李子酒尝尝

在潮州，我们比较吃不来的水果是木瓜。在南京时买的木瓜都比较小，一个七八两左右，这边的木瓜都有两三斤之巨。总说木瓜很美容，但买了两回，都有股臭哄哄的味道，实在吃不下去。向人咨询，说就是这个味，有人喜欢有人厌。难道跟榴莲一样？

榴莲我还是能够接受，感觉像腐乳的味道。这边整只卖5元左右一斤，不算贵。不过我老婆不太喜欢。

像菠萝之类的，要2－3元，觉得有点贵，看个头也不大，买了两回，就算了。

甘蔗是我爱吃的，这边论根卖，3－4元一根，不过个头不太大，也不像南京一样给你削得光溜，剁成小段。提着一根回家，俨然孙悟空。

潮州好像不产苹果，辛苦运来，味道已差，价格也没有优势，所以也就偶尔吃吃。

最可惜的，是我家乡特产——东台特小凤，薄皮黄瓤，非常甜，南京街头甩卖时，每斤八毛，这边至少得1块8，味道还很一般，只能偶尔买一个吃吃，代表想了一次家

我之问题，不一而足。综其大概，约有三目：
一曰校对，不少错字。校勘论文，真是大忌。
究其原因，严谨不够。草率仓促，终贻此羞。
幸好最近，重校一次。勘误一表，足足二纸。
多数错误，皆已改正。委员量大，训后放行。
二曰体例，不够周全。时而脚注，时而行间。
时而文言，时而白话。亦有出处，未标页码。
标点符号，混乱散漫。点头认罪，何敢狡辩？
三曰考证，仍可商榷。部分条目，理由不足。
三二证据，似密实疏。更有甚者，硬伤一处。
当场指出，汗如雨下。棒喝一声，头皮发麻。
要之种种，实缘学风。平时涣散，文必稀松。
幸诸委员，一向宽容。谓我不易，亦费夫功。
选题尚好，大抵创新。一些论断，时见精神。
勉我归后，再行校对。庶免错讹，少贻人讥。
我感师言，复惭师恩。特此赘述，奉告诸君。
论证欲严，校对趁早。我之覆辙，切勿再蹈！

        今天结婚一周年，我却不在老婆身边，而且什么礼物也没有买，觉得很对不起老婆啊。

       心里很歉疚。

        我老婆是个好姑娘，嫁给我，不图什么，就是觉得我人还不错。恋爱三年后，2007年5月16日，我们两个人欢天喜地去鼓楼民政局领了证。

       当时，我们还在学校读书，什么钱也没有，过得别提多拮据了。但老婆没有什么怨言，和我一起过苦日子。我妈给了六千元，让我给老婆买点首饰，我却都拿来补贴生活费了，搞得现在金价涨了好多，更不想买了，老婆没有什么怨言。我开了许多空头支票，比如去大屠杀纪念馆凭吊、去栖霞山看红叶、去苏州园林和古镇玩、去黄山玩，我老说以后有机会，以后有机会，结果老婆毕业了，都没有去得成。

        现在，老婆在很远的地方，孤身一人，远离家乡，远离我，远离父母，远离狗狗，非常孤独，我不在她身边。

        老婆爱哭，多愁善感，容易郁闷，心直口快，容易得罪人，又多虑，不够自信，心里有时确实很痛苦，现在尤其难受，可是我不在她身边。

        我这个做丈夫的，真是汗颜啊。

        等我毕业了，我会好好的爱你！

        下辈子，我们还要做夫妻！

        老婆，我爱你！！！

        最近不太平，我想大家都有这感觉。

        3月3日离开潮州，4月14号到潮州，过了短短一个月快乐时光，明天，又要回南京了。是回去答辩，刻不容缓。

        5月16号是我们结婚一周年纪念日，多想和老婆一起庆祝一下，可是17号正好答辩，还得早点回去准备，只能让老婆一个人孤零零地在潮州了。

        好在每一天都是24小时，这一个月，我们很开心。分别的时候，老婆有时心情会不愉快，但这些天在一起，感觉她很快乐。而且对于在潮州工作，非常满意，生活态度、想法也与以前有了很大不同。觉得在潮州生活，在韩师工作是件轻松舒服的事，能好好享受岁月，是件幸福的事，学校里有一些小事，她也不太挂怀了，我真的觉得老婆成熟了不少。很欣慰！

        不过，忙过这一阵，最多40天，我们就可以天天厮守了。说来惭愧，我们也许有些太腻了，天天在一起，也不嫌烦，甚至说好哪天要去潮州周边玩的，有时最终也没去成，只为两人一起拥抱着看动画片，享受那轻松甜蜜，唉，丢人啊。哈哈。

工夫茶是潮州的名片之一，来潮州之前就有所耳闻，印象中，那是文人雅士的标签。花间月下，古色古香的红木家具，悠远冲淡的古琴声中，泡上壶功夫茶，读着点古书，那种情调，雅。

第一次喝工夫茶，是在韩师人事处，沈璇娇科长，潮州人，展示了冲泡工夫茶的娴熟手艺，我对工夫茶从此有了直观的印象。感觉茶杯很小，茶很好喝。

第二天，去图书馆王德春馆长那边时，又喝了一次。王馆长是陕西人，来潮州不过几年，也入乡随俗了。不过泡的茶是袋装的乌龙茶之类，味道也还可以。

不过，第三天，去一家台湾小吃时，遇到了一个直爽的大姐，她一语惊人：“我最讨厌喝工夫茶了。那杯子那么小，一小口就没了。但是一口喝完吧，又显得不够文雅。小口小口慢慢喝吧，又太做作、太矫情了。”我默然。 也许，再好的东西，也无法调和众口吧。

今年春节后，再次去潮州，也在超市买了一套简单的工夫茶具，店员，当地人，推荐了一种凤凰单枞茶，长长的茶叶，近黑色，泡一次，放大半盖碗。

回家后一试，味道果然很好，与在江苏时喝绿茶的感觉很不一样。饮时，苦苦的，但苦过后，满口清香，回味悠长，真有所谓两腋生风的感觉。头天晚上喝了功夫茶，到第二天早上，嘴里还是非常清爽。

于是，闲时，晚上就泡上一壶，一小杯，一小杯地喝着，感受这悠远的滋味。尽管难以掌握繁琐的冲泡方法，但我陶醉于其滋味，自觉已成为工夫茶爱好者。

不过，我的喜欢远远没有潮州人那么执着，而我原先对工夫茶的理解是那么的可笑。

在潮州，各个小店里，都摆有潮州工夫茶具，来了客人或相熟的朋友，老板便殷勤倒上工夫茶，寒喧闲谈。客人走了，一闲下来，还是独自喝着工夫茶。于是，工夫茶便伴着潮人的朝夕晨昏。

昨天我去茶市场买菜，惊奇地发现，每个肉案上、鱼摊旁，也都有一套工夫茶具，老板剁完一块肉骨头，剖完一条鱼，便净了手，倒上一杯工夫茶，仔细地、认真地品味起来。那状态，未必是所谓的表演茶道者所能体会的，也未必是所谓的文人雅士所能接受的。

潮州工夫茶，真正是百姓生活中的必须。千百年来，在潮州，贩夫走卒，平民百姓，与世家大族、卿士官绅，绝无差别地共饮着茶。工夫茶，一种人人皆可感受的滋味，一种人人平等的福利，已深深沁入潮州人的血液。饮茶，抛却了种种伪饰与附丽，只是为己饮茶，不计其他，物我两忘，陶然自得，这才是茶中的真味，只有潮州人，最能体会。

      我对这条新闻的看法是：教育界常出些丑人丑事，真是丢了大家的脸。一个老鼠屎，坏了一大锅粥。

        前天周六无事，和老婆一起去逛了一下潮州的老街。说是老街，其实只是小巷，与我老家安丰镇的老街差不多少。窄窄的街道，稀疏的行人，忙碌或悠闲的店主，慵懒的小狗，八十年代的市招，各式的生意，挺有意思。

        太平路，与韩江平行，正在大规模地整修。一是建了许多石质的高大牌坊，四个大字以示表彰，下面小字列其履历，一路看来，潮州的名人不算少。当然与苏州无法比，不过看上去，潮州对名人是很看重的，而苏州那么多进士，其遗迹已无处可寻，即使其大名，也只能在《明清进士题名碑录索引》中去找寻了。整修动作之二是，重新装扮临街店铺，一般是将那些破旧的老店，我怀疑那建筑都有一百年以上，破、脏得可以，现在重新粉刷一遍，有的还进行了些加固。整个太平路现在还是一片灰，预计过些时候，会有一个崭新而漂亮的老街呈现在人面前。到时再拍些照片大家看看。

        有几条小巷，真是窄得让人无话可说，宽度可能还不到一米，两个人对面走来，都得小心避让才过得去。我就想，如果家里买些家具什么的，该怎么运进去啊？难道上请匠人在家里做？可以木料又怎么运呢？百思不得其解。

        而有些巷子里，一树绚丽的花，已经在巷头怒放了，鲜艳脱俗，与老街似乎格格不入，可以又安安然相处，相安无事，相得益彰，让人惊诧不已。
